Lum Chang, with a legacy of more than eight decades, was founded in the 1940s with its origin in construction, by the late Mr Lum Chang. Listed on the Singapore Exchange since 1984, the Group has today, evolved and grown to include businesses in property development, investment and interior finishing works. Lum Chang currently has offices in both Singapore and Malaysia.
